Food Conscious was born at home — not in a factory.
Founded by two mothers, Food Conscious began with one simple, non-negotiable rule:
we never make anything we wouldn’t feed our own children. Like most parents, we questioned what was really going into the foods our kids loved the most — cakes, bakes, and celebration treats. Artificial colors, refined flours, excess sugar, preservatives… things that didn’t sit right with us. So we decided to do something about it.
What started as baking consciously for our own children soon became a bigger purpose.
We realised that every child — and every consciously eating individual — deserves access to food made with clean, honest, real ingredients. Food that nourishes, not just excites. Food that celebrates without compromise.

Food Conscious was never planned as a business.
It started with quiet questions we asked ourselves as mothers — What are we really feeding our children? Why should celebrations come with compromise?
When we couldn’t find answers that felt right, we chose to bake differently.
Every recipe at Food Conscious is created with the same care we would offer our own children. We choose ingredients slowly, thoughtfully, and intentionally — because food shapes not just bodies, but habits, memories, and trust.
As our children grew, so did our vision.
We realised that conscious food should not remain a personal choice — it should become a shared culture.
Food Conscious is our way of extending a mother’s care beyond our home — to yours.
